W7 | A makeup haul

I had planned to include lovely photos and swatches of everything within this blog post but if I'm honest, I'm not a huge fan of posts with tonnes of pictures and they were all rubbish anyway. I really need to get better at photography, wah.

I love W7 makeup although I don't know many places that stock it. Where I live, I honestly think I know one retailer (which happens to be next door to my work!) that stock them. Luckily for me, they do quite a lot of work with bloggers. I am going to do full reviews but for now, a quick overview of each product.

10 out of 10 browns is an eyeshadow palette that contains (can you guess?!) 10 brown colours. There are a mixture of matte and shimmers and they are all absolutely gorgeous. They are very pigmented but also buildable which is perfect. I have used this palette once and I cannot wait to use it again.

When I spoke to Olivia (W7 PR) she said that neither of these would be the right shades as they are from the 'Ebony' collection for darker skin tones but they could be good for contouring purposes. I must admit, I don't tend to contour on a daily basis so I haven't tried either of these products. However, the foundation especially looks amazing! It's cream and then turns to powder! SO COOL.

Again, I must admit I haven't tried this. I'm currently testing out a new skin care brand so I didn't want to confuse my skin but changing eye creams suddenly. Once I've finished my skin care test I will give this a go and obviously I'll let you know how it is!

This came along a lip liner which unfortunately didn't make it. It was smushed and honestly looked it it had exploded buuut these mega matte lips are amazing! The colours are to die for and I LOVE the formula. It goes on as a lipstick then drys matte and you can't even feel its there! I will 100% be purchasing more of these.

Have you tried W7? What did you think? What are your favourite products?

*PR samples however all opinions are my own

Lush | Bubblegum Lip Scrub

I'm not sure weather its the sickly sweet scent or the genuine LUSH feeling it leaves your lips that makes this lip scrub so very amazing. As I mentioned in this post last year, I have never been a Lush fan. I'm not sure why, I just haven't. However, that has surely changed (I say, after placing a £40 order last night, still having over 20 bubble bars to use up!). I received this lip scrub in a Christmas box swap that I did with a lovely blogger and I've used it almost every day since.

Firstly, may I point out its bright pink? Yes, bright pink. If this doesn't draw your attention to it, I don't know what would. Secondly, if that wasn't enough, the smell if just devine. "Good enough to eat", some might say! Well, never fear.. Good ole' Lush have made this edible! YES, EDIBLE! The lip scrubs are made from a host of ingredients including caster sugar (which is the exfoliator) so after using, you can literally lick it off clean.

I'm not sure what ever put me off buying one of these but let me tell you, I'll be buying it forever more! I might ever try out some different flavours!

Have you tried any of the Lush lip scrubs?

NEW RELEASE | Makeup Revolution Pro Looks Palette | EatSleepMakeupRepeat

Pro Looks Palette | EatSleepMakeupRepeat - £6*

May I have your attention please.......
Wow, just wow. What more can you say? Of course I would say 'they've done it again' but I think I've used that one too many times to describe Makeup Rev palettes. One of this weeks new releases are these; Pro Look Palettes. There are 3 in the collection, which are limited edition. The idea is that there are 3 different looks to be created (or of course you could create your own!) with 5 shadows in each section. This is obviously the brighter palette of the three. Both the others include neutrals and browns to create gorgeous smokey eyes.

I wouldn't personally wear this for everyday makeup (unless I was very brave, which I am not!) but as always its great to have something like this in your collection in case. I think I need to get one of the more every day palettes so I can try that too. Well, for £6 its not breaking anybody's bank. I will definitely be doing some looks with this palette to show you all but for now, I just wanted to get this post up so you could see it in all its glory (...and used palettes are the worst thing to photograph).
